I often find that when you can't find something the challenge of thinking what to do and then making it yourself is SO much more rewarding. I decided to copy the animals out of the range but make them out of paper. There was SO much sewing involved, but I LOVE the end product. I also helped me see the worth in this linen range as I now appreciate even more the amount of work that has gone into it... I initially chose it because it was just SO soft to touch...
Well I hope you enjoy my animals... I will post a pic of them up on the wall hopefully by the end of the week as I have a bit more work to do on it all....
I had a great deal of trouble trying to find paper that was striped in the right colours, so for the Elephant and Lion below I used strips of paper stuck onto a neutral striped paper to get just the right colours...
The Giraffe's antennas and tail were also a little challenge as I wanted to keep the stitching effect but knew it would not hold up on its own, so I sewed directly onto some thicker acetate and it worked a treat!
I must say that the process of doing something a little different in the way of scrapbooking has challenged me further and opened me up to some new techniques that I am looking forward to incorporating into future layouts and cards.... especially some more sewing!!!

Just wanted to say thanks for the lovely comment on my blog, and for the Halls Gap suggestion, if we don't do it this year, it's some where else I can add to a list of possibilities for the future.
All the best for the safe arrival of your little bub!
